ABOUT KAPTURED

Kaptured provides managed lead-capture, missed-call text-back, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and related automation services for local service businesses.

No specific increase in revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or business performance is guaranteed. Results depend on factors outside Kaptured’s control.

WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice.

SMS PROGRAM TERMS

Kaptured may send text messages when you request a demonstration, schedule an appointment, ask for information, become a customer, or separately consent to marketing communications.

To request a Kaptured demonstration text, callers must listen to the telephone disclosure and press 1 to agree to receive one automated promotional SMS containing a walkthrough booking link at the number they are calling from. Calling or hanging up alone does not constitute an opt-in. This request does not authorize recurring promotional messages.

Additional messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service communications, customer-care messages, and marketing messages when separately authorized.

Message frequency varies. The missed-call demonstration ordinarily generates one text message for each eligible demonstration request, subject to system safeguards. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier processing.
